Same Day Shipping Policy

Orders received before 12PM noon Eastern Standard Time weekdays are generally shipped the same day unless otherwise specified. This is our standard procedure and not a guarantee. Orders received after that time and on weekends or holidays are shipped the next business day. Although we place a high priority on getting your order shipped as soon as possible, please note that we make no guarantee as large orders, seasonal peaks, severe weather conditions or other circumstances may sometimes delay shipping.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are a flat $8.00 per order unless otherwise stated. Orders of $75.00 or more ship FREE until further notice.

Package Tracking

You will be supplied your tracking number via e-mail so you have constant access to your package information. Once the carrier receives the package, we have no control over the actual delivery time it will take to be delivered. We declare that once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier, the liability of the package no longer lies with Romeo's Fine Arts. We are therefore not liable for lost or stolen merchandise. Romeo's Fine Arts will not refund or re-ship any package that has been marked as "delivered" by the carrier even if recipient claims non-receipt. It is possible that the package was left with neighbors, is behind a bush, in the garage, between the doors, etc. We suggest that the package recipient contact the delivering carrier to verify where the parcel was placed.

Return Policy

At Romeo's Fine Arts, we strive for excellence in all aspects of our business. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase or gift, please contact customer service at 215-362-7244 within 3 business days of delivery (the day the package is received is day 1). All refunds are issued a return authorization number, and you will be credited once the item is received and inspected at Romeo's Fine Arts. All returns must be received within 30 days of original purchase unless otherwise instructed. All returns and exchanges are returned at your expense. You may return any product undamaged for any reason at all. There is a $10.00 restocking fee for general merchandise on returnable items. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Returns on items that are shipped via our free shipping methods

If your purchase qualifies for free shipping and you decide you need to return an item that was shipped via our free standard shipping method, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund as well as the restocking fee.
